  Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing.   This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros! A superb breakfast is served on the 3rd floor ... what people say » where views of the beachfront/marina are lovely. - I loved the excellent view in the room.

  Great location right on the beach, offered breakfast not very varied but filling. Room was clean and quite a funky decor, had air conditioning and a very welcome hairdryer. - Staff were so kind and took care of what we asked so quickly. Nice jacuzzi inside suit, nice design, perfect view specially at sunrise .

  Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do. Our Spanish is terrible and the staff didn't speak a lot of English but they made our stay great. - T... what people say » he staff of the hotel were very attentive and provided the right directions to get the right bus transportation.   Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. - Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop.

  The view was absolutley fantastic and we had a big balcony so we could enjoy it even more. It is right on the sea front so only a 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants right underneath us to eat and drink at! There was a firework display at 2am which I unfortuntely missed but my partner sat on the balcony in full vi... what people say » ew of it!I would def recommend it!!! - Staff was very nice and helpful.
