Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. It was kept clean and the. location at beach is excellent , there is a (free) parking garage with guards in 500 meters distance, teh breakfast at this hotel is absolutely amazing ...very tasty and very creative...it is truly a Spanish breakfast lounge with any food, fruit and drink (including Moet Chandon) you need. comfort and the hotel position near the sea. We liked everything about the Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the buffet room was clean and there was a good selection. The staff was very helpful. Both the inside and outside bars were terrific places to visit at the end of the evening. And of course the location was perfect. the beach location - exellent, hotel decor very nice. breakfast was good and hotel staff ( even though many not english speaking ) very pleasant, approachable and helpful. beeing close to the beach and having public transport facilities close to the hotel. Food superb, but drinks were too expensive at the bar - unnecessary.restaurant and bar prices too expensive even for city hotel. The cleaners were very noisy banging doors constsntly early in the mornings.Not really, service in terrace bar was a bit slow. We were booked in to the wrong room which could have been disastrous as there are only 3 junior suites. Luckily the room was not occupied when we arrived so we were able to take possession. I'm not sure if the mix up was down to booking.com or the hotel although our paperwork clearly stated a suite had been booked. bar staff very slow. Bar prices far too high which meant we went out rather than use the hotel. The bar service was incredibly slow and the drinks expensive.In bathroom bath fasilities wasn't work properly. The reception staff with the exception of one man were not helpful. They're bordering on rude. I was left standing at reception for over 10mins and ignored while the receptionist continued her phone conversation without awknowledging me and the general manager and another member of staff also ignored me standing the reception desk for this period. I'd go to Las Arenas hoteif i returned to Valencia. smoking throughout the hotel and the endless piped music. the huge construction site in front of the hotel is less nice but hopefully gone from 2010. bathroom ammenities was not replensihed on a regular basis. Did not like the wooden panels on shower floor - gave off an unpleasant smell when damp. Evening restraunt menu( nice but expensive) not really for children. I made a reservation for a room with a view on the sea. When I arrived at the hotel, I was given another room. Why ?. the staff generally were not helpful, arrogant and made you feel like an inconvenience. noise at night from nearby club, poor sound insulation between rooms. Very noisy rooms, you could hear everything from the next room, as if they were in your own room. The seperation between rooms is only a thin door through which all sound passes. No feeling of privacy if you can hear people brushing their teith etc. horrid little window in bedroom that only opened a fraction. Modern design was a bit too gray and cold. Charged for phone call we did not make - refunded later. Whirlpool bath did not work properley. Compared with prices for the 5 star Westin and Palau de la Mar the Neptuno is quite expensive for the size of room and facilities available.The hotel staff was not very friendly, and also when we asked for room service, although the menu mentioned that the services were open until 23.00, we called at 22.45 and they told us that they could not provide us with the service or something to eat. After Americas cup and F1 Grand prix damaged stuffs were not repaired such as the room heating that was broken as well as some fornitures.Selection of food poor.

The hotel's top floor solarium with its outdoor Jacuzzi provides a privileged place from which to view what is the America’s Cup regatta course. From the terrace you can directly overlook the yacht navigation channel from the dock to the marina.

Travelling information

From Madrid:
Before getting to Valencia, take V-30 direction to the port “puerto”. Turn to the right exit “Valencia, Pinedo, Barcelona” and continue to Valencia, Puerto. Boarding the port, look for the exit for “Paseo de Neptuno” and beach “Las Arenas”.
From Barcelona:
Before getting to Valencia take exit “Universidad politécnica -Avenida dels Tarrongers”. Once there continue straight to the end to “Paseo Marítimo” and turn right to “Eugenia Viñes” till the end of the street where on the left you till find the Hotel Neptuno.
From Alicante:
