What people say
The location was excellent!! I can't say that enough! Basically in
Puerta del Sol, with a subway station 1 min away, and at walking
distance from the major attractions (Gran Via, Plaza de Cibeles, Calle
Alcalá, Palacio Real, Catedral de Almudena, Paseo del Prado, etc.) a lot
of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby, but inside the hotel it was
really quite, besides all the street noise. The room was comfortable and
reasonably clean. I recommend it if you are travelling on a budget! You
really can. all reviews »
1) location
2) clean
3) check-out 12 a.m. is really comfortable.
Very friendly, clean, cheap, super-central.
The staff is friendly and disponible.
Greta location and great price.
We had a triple on the inside of the building, which was quiet and cool
in May. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms and shared
bathrooms are kept clean. There is a working elevator. This is a very
basic facility but is good value for the price. There were several
electrical outlets in the room, which made recharging cameras and
phones easy.
Location is extremely fine.
1) wi-fi connection didn't work in my room
2) pillow too high.
A small problem with hot water ( only once during an hour, don't
know if it often happens ).
The Wi-Fi signal is weak and erratic in some rooms. They do not accept
credit cards.
Staff is impolite. The guy responsible from the hostel gets angry when you forget to turn off the shared bathroom's lights.
