What people say
The staff were super friendly. I had an issue with the noise in my first
room and they were more than happy to move me around and were very
apologetic. They have free churros and chocolate in the morning, tea,
coffee etc. They made free Paella on the Sunday night and free sangria
on the Monday night. They organise pub and walking tours. There´s
couches to hang out on, lots of nice people to meet. I was surprised by
how clean it was - it seemed that the bathrooms were constantly being
touched up. all reviews »
The staff was 5* the room very good and clean, computers to use any time
you want, kitchen as well. They organize group things every night which
is good to get know every one.. Loved it and recommend it! :) and about
some prior comment's they now have light's on the bed and the
door's they can only be open with the key from the outside of the
room.. Means they read the comment's and pay attention to that!!
Eheh Very Well Done Guys!!.
Extremely central location, great atmosphere, it was my first hostel I was so afraid I wouldn't make friends, but I did straight away. The activates encouraged a great social scene and the staff were very knowledgeable about the area.
The staff were so freindly and there was free internet and a great kitchen. also a nice common area to meet other people. And the location was so central.
The Hostel is really close to Puerta del Sol and every attraction in the city centre, just 15mins walks in the main way Calle Mayor.
Friendly staff.
I liked it very much! It was very clean and neat, and the people were warm and welcoming. Great location as well, I would definitely go back.
I liked every thing! It's a cool place, it's cheap, it's clean, very nice staff, It's near all most everything.
the location was convenient. the staff was very helpful with advice as to what to do in the city.

staff clean
free wifi
central location.
excellent staff and localization.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cute girls.
My first room was right by reception and I could hear people hanging out
in the lounge until late and then the doorbell ringing in the morning. I
would request a room on the 2nd floor or away from reception.
Some of the showers were out of work at the time which is not so good
when there's a lot of people to shower but I never had to wait so
was everything good!.
It was a little difficult to find, I walked past it 3 times. Look out for the street performers in front of a big brown door. Next to the door is a plaque with the word HOSTEL scratched into it.
On the floor I was staying on, they were in the process of fixing some showers so there were only two available and very small.
Check in time is at 1pm, a bit late. I had to wait but of course i managed to leave the luggage in the deposit and go out.
Maybe it would be better if they also offered breakfast.
I liked everything.
it was hard to find. theres no elevator.
Noisy until 1am. Lockers suitable only for small luggage. No showers/bathrooms in rooms. No free breakfast (except for tea/coffee and churros). No elevator and heavy front door.
nada.
No stairs.
Wall blew up my laptop charger.
got sick from paella the hostel made for guests.
