I liked how the room that I got was exactly what was shown in the
pictures on the web site. I also liked that the staff speak good English
and that they are very helpful. Also, it is centrally-located and just a
few minutes' walk from Callao Metro station. I especially liked how
clean and neat the room was and that they gave me my request -- to have
a room with a window, as I can get very claustrophobic with rooms

I should say this is a perfect Hostal! Location is perfect, 5 minutes to
Sol station or Gran Via! Staff are sooo nice and helpful, giving me a
lot of advice and help me resolve the problem of travel adapter! And
also need to mention, the design and decoration of the room, surprised
and considerate and sweet! With the price and location, I do think this
Hostal deserves highly recommended.
Excellent service, great location and value for money. Though the rooms were tiny, space was utilised well. Appreciated the bottle of bubbly on arrival, and the chocolates/sweets left on our bed. For budget accommodation, this was the best place we stayed in during our 6 week tour of Europe.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful in showing us which places to visit. Our room was spotlessly clean and warm. The shower was great. The cafe which we had to go to for breakfast was really good also. The staff were very friendly there too. Fantastic location.

The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the accommodation is extremely clean. The location is excellent as is the internet access and the air conditioning. Overall this hostal offers excellent value for money.

Excellent location, very close to Puerta del Sol, walking distance from all historic sites. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean and are decorated with a bit of personality.
Juses was very helpful during our stay. He helped us print our boarding
passes for Ryanair (which if we couldn't print would have cost us
€70 each). He also booked an early morning taxi for us.

The hostal locates in central Madrid. It's convenient indeed to reach quite a lot of tourist spots.

it was a cheap hotel down town of the city and a very friendly ower ,nice designs and vivid room ,quiet even if it is in the centre of the city.

The location is really good, so close to the Grand Via. And the room looks cute and comfort. The place they offered the breakfast was quite decent.
It was a little bit noisy as the room I was in was facing the street.
And like most old buildings, the room has thin walls so, you can hear
the noise in the other rooms. But this is a very minor issue for me, as
I think most hotels located near the center can get a bit noisy.
