The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet.

Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

We loved our time at Gran via 44, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the suite itself was top class, clean and beautiful, heaps of room for the whole family, they helped us with parking also which was excellent. Solar Montes Claros was a perfect complete for a magical city Granada. Interior of the place is just lovely! Moroccan style interior and when you look from the window you see beautiful Alhambra just in front of you. And Antonio's hospitality makes you feel you are at home! The place was beautiful and meticulously kept. Staff was friendly and helpful every day. Although the hotel is right on Carrero del Darro, which has a busy nightlife, you still feel tranquility in the common areas and hotel rooms - windows are excellently soundproofed. The breakfast buffet for 7 euros is cheaper in comparison to other hotels, which have charged closer to 16 euros.
