1. The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom, a smaller one, and a large sitting/dining room that comfortably fit 2 full sized couches, and a 6 seat dining table. The apartment also included a hide away kitchen, fully stocked, with a toaster, refridgerator, microwave, sink, and 2-burner stove. Nicely decorated. Fernando the owner was very nice and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and ours had 5 balconies. owner very helpfull and reallocated us to well appointed alternative accomodation when there were problems with the plumbing. Its a lovely building with nice apartments that has kept a lot of the original features, very homely feel. Convenience to city centre. Comfortable beds and excellent parking. Small water leak in the shower. There were several small balconies with doors that couldn't be properly childproofed. Haber estado tan poco tiempo en Granada para disfrutar más. Volverémos!. It was a little bit confusing to find but that was also partly the map's fault. There isn't a lot of natural light so the rooms can feel claustrophobic and dark at times. The parking is confusing and very limited (our car got towed due to unclear instructions) so I would suggest putting it in a 24 hour car park for the same price and peace of mind. There was nothing we disliked about the place. Service was excellent , so very helpful, kind and courteous. Misrepresentation that there was a washing machine in the room. While the proprietor did make his personal machine available,it was a less than ideal substitute. The apartment was very dirty with mould in bathroom and dirty floors. There was basically no kitchen with no waahing machine and the location was definitely not on one of Granada's nicer areas. We have stayed in several apartments in Spain and this was the worst, and one of the most expensive. Very disappointing. Also vey noisy apartment. I would not recommend this apartment, but Granada is fantastic.
