The Staff were really excellent and tried to help in every way they could and were really easy to communicate with as they had very good english. Sound proofing of room excellent. Everything just excellent. Was very pleased with this hotel. We choose it for the spa and easy access by road to the airport (it is about 30 min away, but right by the highway). the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly.the rooms were very comfortable and of a high standard,enjoyed our syay.

But what we liked most of all was having the choice of being served breakfast in our room rather than the restaurant. Nice rooms, modern, on site parking and Excellent shower! A little far from downtown and the action. However we walked back and forth with ease, even to the Alhambra.Hotel room very pleasant and reception staff very good. It was in walking distance of the shops,restaurants and Alhambra. Location, quality, level of the. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had an emergency situation that required them to send a number of faxes for us, which they did without charge.Response of Reception is good. it was nice and clean. Good cleaning service each day. cleaning and front desk staff were nice. and spoke reasonably good english (in comparison to rest of country).The Spa and massage. Unfortunately the spa closes during siesta, so we didn´t actually get a chance to take advantage of it.Strict check out time, no extension at all. Distance from center of town, all uphill and outside of center nucleus.That said, we booked the Romantic Package which included the use of theSpa. If this had not been included the advertised 30 euros each is tooexpensive. good hotel. the food wasn't good enough for a five star hotel. The shower cubicle wooden floor panel was broken and could have proved dangerous. It was replaced only the day following our arrival.the cost of an hours use of jacuzzi and spa 30euros! We thought the use of this would be included. Facilities like hot tub and sauna are only available as part of an expensive spa package. If you want a swim and a soak, look into a day pass at the big health centre across the street.The spa was unavailable on the night of our stay. There are no floor towel both days. No replishment of toilet paper. Room cleaning servce was not comfortable enough.No coffee or tea. and no conditioner.And when they did the original Auth against my credit card to see if i had funds (upon booking), they did not reverse it, thus decreasing my available credit preventing me from further use of that card. The room was cramped. Rooms too small. Food and Drink over-priced! Beds very uncomfortable.

Travelling information

Follow the ring road (circunvalación). The airport is situated on the A-92, next to the village of Chauchina. Continue along the A-92 till the exit 230 (Santa Fe, Granada, Sierra Nevada).
