The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Any request or query was delt with efficiently and effectivley. The restaurant, food and service was of a high quality. The selection for breakfast was amazing....we were spoilt for choice! The cosy bar area was a great place to enjoy a quiet drink and the end of a busy day. The staff were very friendly and helpful we received a glass of champagne on arrival, and the breakfast was excellent! We asked for a large room with a balcony and got a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. We had 2 LCD TVs and a huge balcony!! If you don't ask you don't get!!.

There is no outside vue from the most of the room window, but it is not a big issue having in mind the room is used for night sleeping only. we had 2 rooms, 1 had aircon and the other didnt. The welcoming drink as well as the "romantic bottle of sparkling wine" could have been of better quality!. Breakfast is very expensive at 17 euros per person so I would recommend that you do as we did and eat out in the mornings instead. There are plenty of cafés and places to get breakfast in the general vicinity of the hotel and these were all cheaper than the hotel breakfast would have been. It was quite pricey, but... we got what we paid for; a central location, excellent hotel, with cery good facilities, and all within a very cosmopolitan city. The room were very small, but with this price/quality you won't findanything better. the toillet was not very clean...everything else was ok. noisy 5th floor,on upper floor something was going late at night (22.30 - 01.00),very noisy!. It is unusual to be asked to pay for everything in advance. There should be tea/coffee facilities in the room.Instructions at check-in on how to turn the lights on would have been helpful. I'm new to Europe, and I had to come down to ask. There was no soap at the sink in the bathroom, and had to use the one from the shower. I was also happy that my breakfast was included in the price of the room, because it didn't feel like it was really worth 17 euro.Poor reception on half the TV channels on offer (about 42 in all) Room was quite small and every noise, conversations etc. could be heard from other guests because room was very poorly sound proofed - especially the rooms entry door. No complimentary tea/coffee despite there being a kettle in the room. First room allocated to us was like a cupboard could'nt even walk round the bed as it was up against the wall (this was a DOUBLE room) but after refusing to accept this room we were given the size of room which I would have expected in the first place. We were delighted with the 2nd room. Bed was rather hard. The room was listed as a superior double, it was very small to be called superior.The beds moved apart with the smallest of movements. The heating controls didn't work, i had to turn the heating off at the circuit board.Skipped breakfast at 17 euros too expensive!!. Breakfast not included and way too much expensive for what it is (17 euros). The room was vey small but adiquate for our 3 day break. The room was very small and without proper window. room too small. Small rooms and no double beds. Staff at the hotel wasn´t that friendly. Room was too small.
