The room size, bed, comfort, breakfast, the bathroom are all great. The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.

Very helpful staff especially as had problems with delayed baggage. Provided robes, slippers, fruit, water, tea and coffee. Room clean. Great air conditioning and shower. Breakfast satisfactory. Although very small windows, little noise from outside. Close to all transport links.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. This is my second visit to this hotel, location is good, it is near to underground station, breakfast and diner are good too. I can not say: Staff are so friendly and they do not know english, but staff of reception knows english and they are very frendly.
