All of the 24 hour desk staff spoke English. They even helped me with taxi drivers when I had trouble communicating with the drivers. Great service and food.I enjoyed the space of the room and the facilities. Very clean and quiet. Very helpful staff. The staff was very nice and upgraded our double to a junior suite without any charge. I would definitely recommend. My boyfriend said he could live there- and that says a lot!.

I go through hardships,while find a hotel.It is on a 12 km fromBucurest,but if you go to the hotel from city- you must drive 20km andthen back more 8km.The staffs were not friendly, language barrier-not conversant in english, food was horrible and most of all staffs and customers smoke inside the hotel despite the sign 'No Smoking'. The whole hotel smells of tabacco!. Unfriendly staff.
