  The hotel is in downtown Constanta, very close to the seaside, old town and old port but Mamaia beaches are also very easily accessible from here. The hotel was comfortable and staff are very kind, too. The hotel is located next to a main road and we were afraid that traffic noise would be disturbing but this was not the case fortunately. The staff is really friendly and speaking good English. The room is not small with the sitting area and the bedroom, yet not sure if you can call it 'Deluxe Suite'. We really liked the toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo, body lotion). Breakfast is also not bad and more than enough even though you have to leave the building and go next door to a cafe.   Hotel Carol is my super-favourite of hotels. The price-quality is the best I have ever experienced, very friendly and helpful staff and a superb breakfast in a very charming building. Absolutely ideal to feel really comfortable during a business trip. I thank them very much to make my stays quite fabulous for several times already. - Amazing room... what people say » s! Great location in the old city, and only 5 minutes away from the beach. And from the lovely reception ladies to the city tips of helpful Mr Luci, the staff was great. Our stay was wonderful, the kids had a great time, we will definitely come again.

  I have stayed there 2 times now and found it to be a very good. the Staff were friendly and could not help any more then they did . they also made me feel welcome - Comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff and a good location of the hotel. Everything was very clean and the rooms are spacious. Can't wait to return!

I stayed in many Ibis Hotels around Europe... This is the best and the friendly and attentive smart staff tops my 5***** hotel in Dubai.   The villa or hotel is located next to a see between Mamaia and Constanza. The whole building is extremely nice and luxurious, with great design and equipment. The 4 rooms are quite big and some have a huge balcony with view over the see! The shared bathroom is also really huge and nice.
