Everybody was very polite.Everywhere was clean - in the room, in the restaurant...All (receptionists, waiters, la femme de chambre) speak English,we do not know Romanian,that is why it was very important for us.It was easy and pleasant to communicate with these nice people. The location was fantastic. The rooms as well, very clean and large. Very good wi fi. Also liked that the breakfast was a la carte and you could choose whatever you want.
