  I was travelling with my husband (who was on business) and daughter who was having a holiday with us from her work in London. She and I had a lovely week relaxing by the pool which was so pleasant as there were few people to annoy us! The hotel is very pleasant and staff very friendly and helpful. It is quite expensive as you can not get business ... what people say » deals which we would prefer and had to pay more by going through letsbookhotel.com! But this is our second stay and would do so again. - The hotel was nice nad the staff are freindly and helpfull , the location is nice , I will use it again if I decide to go to Muscat again

  Superb service from the moment we arrived- we were early but were escorted out to the pool side personally by the reception manager and then our room keys brought to us within the hour. We were welcomed at the pool with a cold box of chilled water bottles, an umbrella and unlimited fluffy towels......need I say more! Superb and very personal servi... what people say » ce. The lagoon pools are worth paying extra for and room service included poolside breakfasts on your own private patio. Food excellant and happy hour - Truly one of the best experiences we've ever had. Hotel rooms are very clean and well equipped. Hotel staff show a unique friendliness, they are extremely attentive and supportive. Garden and beach facilities are very clean and extensive, so you enjoy privacy even when the hotel is fully booked. Restaurants are not cheap, but food and service quality is excellent. The spa is currently being renovated. All in all, highly recommendable for those who enjoy perfect relaxation.

The view is just gorgeous! The staff were very friendly especially the Manager Mr.Sayed at the reception. We arrived very early and instead of making us wait till the check in time, he got us a room ready within a few minutes. Actually I'd give 10 points to the staff, they were very hospitable and I felt looked after. I'd definitely come back!

We checked into a connected family room. Rooms were really good, spacious, and had everything essential and expected including daily refill of complimentary water. The best hotel we have stayed at ever. Not the cheapest hotel, but the exceptional service more than makes up for the cost. The beach service was fantastic, with fresh towels and iced water appearing as soon as you decide where to sit/lie.
