  Staff friendly. Single room contemporary, very comfortable, felt like a small flat with its own front door rather than hotel room. Single bed extremely cosy with luxurious mattress topper for added comfort. Staff lovely, I didn't pay my bill initially and had to return to hotel to do so. Had a large room with amazing views of the mountains, water and ships. If you were disabled, the rooms too would have been easy to navigate, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and capable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

  The location is nice, close to the center, to the port where Hurtigruten ferry docks and overllooking the sea. The two rooms we rent - very clean - were quiet, bright and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was good and offered a wide choice of food.   What a wonderful place. Gorgeous views, amazing room (with fjord view), great breakfast, all was excelent. One of my best experiences in Hotels in Norway. It is best if you have a car to get all the way up there, though. Or maybe catch the bus? Don't know. I even got to experience snow in the afternoon and clear sunny day the next morning. Overall, it's pricy, but the stunning view might be priceless, so it's worthwhile to stay overnight.

  WE loved the reception we received from Thomas - he was sincerely helpful, cheerful and friendly. We asked for an extra heater and he brought it over almost immediately. He offered information and helpful suggestions eg when we asked about fishing and was available at all times. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff but what makes it unique is LOCATION. Facilities are also good, free parking, wifi works well, coin laundry.   Great location, next to the famous Atlantic Road. It´s a nice little cabin, we are not on the tall side but it seems ok for a couple of days. Lots of family, nice atmosphere. It works if you need a fair priced location near these amazing place in Norway. - I stayed in the apartment with private kitchen, everything is fine.
