It is reasonably priced for Norway & in a perfect location near quay. Staff was very friendly. location of the hotel. Could not open bathroom door without moving chair, and to open the minibar the bed had to be moved ;( The view from room to backyard ;(. I was advised to book a shuttle to go to the airport by the hotel staff, however, when the shuttle didn't come; the hotel staff was not helping AT ALL. They claimed it's my fault for booking the shuttle with so little lead time to my flight departure. The shuttle time was recommended by the hotel and I DOUBLE confirmed the time with them when I booked. Their attitude is just NOT acceptable!.
