Very well run hotel, at a great rate for the centre of Oslo - a few minute walk to most attractions. The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Clean, comfortable and good value for Oslo.Buffet Breakfast. a nice, peaceful neighbourhood close to the city center, very tasty breakfast, comfortable bed and a beautiful hall downstairs.

Location is OK being in a quiet area of the town. It is also a walkable distance from main fair area like the City hall, Marina etc. the price god but no 3 stars. Close to city and harbour. location, good breakfast, grate stuff behavior, free internet on PC next to the reception.The boiled eggs at breakfast were good. The location was very good. Breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding. Close to all the tourist sites.Close to the harbour. you could barely take a shower not having all bathroom in water. no operating lift, when check-in at 5 pm my room was not ready. Maybe, the inside decoration looks a little bit unmodern. The rooms are too small and the beds even smaller. You could hardly turn on the bed (be it single bed or a double bed) without falling down. I had to put the bedcovers on floor to sleep. Sounds strange but true. no separate duch in the toilet 1 x 1 m. Smell at the floor. furniture (except TV) in the room were very old - it should be thought away and replaced by new one, we felt itching when sleeping. For short stay it would be OK cause is not expensive (breakfast not in the french style) and has very good location.I have little positive to say. The beds were small, the cushions so dirty we threw them behind the table, the room was cold, (They gave us an electric heater), the shower room flooded as soon as you turned the shower on. The bathroom was small and needed to be remodeled. The shower,sink and toilet were all within about foot of each other....the whole bathroom was the actual shower. Limited or no toiletries were in the rooms (avaiable at an extreme mark-up price at the front desk). It was a lower quality hotel than some of the $50.00 per night hotels in the U.S.Works and scalfoding all over the hotel. Builders working at 8.00 amin the morning untill 6.30pm. No phone in the room, no bin, nohandwashing liquid. Poor breakfast, 3 bottles of yagourt were out ofdate since 2 weeks.
