The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. The decor was a little dated but it was comfortable and clean. The central location is great and I enjoy walking around the inner city to see the changes that are occuring in Christchurch. Love the free wifi and morning paper. I would happily stay here again. This hotel is in a great location and is only about a 10 min walk to the Museum, Botanical Gardens, etc. The owner, Tina is a wonderful lady, very knowledgeable and generous. She upgraded us to a 2 bedroom unit when our original room wasn't available. Tina can also recommend very good tours.
