  I loved the food at the restaurant, very delicious. The 25% discount was a great bonus, as well as the discounts on drinks. Our room was really cool and the art everywhere was very interesting. The location was awesome and the staff was friendly & helpful. The best part, in my opinion, was the music. And even some pretty designs -- that's saying something for a hostel! Bar seemed good too though I didn't get to join that fun.   The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel. Each floor has a slightly different design, and each space is unique. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were exceptionally helpful. Before I arrived I had to request an invoice. I also requested a room with a double bed, towards the back - Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere! This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

  Very friendly reception and helpful much better than other hotels i have stayed in Amsterdam and for the location the price was excellent.we normally stay at the Van Gelder hotel which is only 4 doors away and the hotel Delta is 90 Euros cheaper per room for the weekend and at the Delta you also get a breakfast included in the price...Coffee,Orange... what people say » juice..Cerials..Scrambled Eggs..Beans..Bacon.. - This was our fourth stay at the Delta, and each visit has been more pleasant than those previous. Delta continues to upgrade the rooms and facilities and we will continue to stay there when we visit Amsterdam. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant serves a good varied menu at reasonable prices (15% discount for hotel guests) and the ample breakfast buffet is great!

  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix.
