  Very easy to use hotel. Self serve check in when you get there (a bank of about five computers), so you aren't waiting for a person to take care of you. Someone is nearby for the technically challenged. The rooms are what I would call "pods". Small rooms with everything compact and easy to reach. The photos online tell the story. Very comfort... what people say » able in every aspect. Temperature, tv, lighting, etc all controlled by the "mood pad" (remote). I was able to easily drop the temp a couple of degre - This is one of top three hotels I have ever stayed in (and there were some!), but I cannot remember the other two :). Giving this hotel a 10 would mean that the other few I rated as 10 should now be re-rated to 8. :) Everything was great. The technical stuff in the room, funny saying everywhere, some might find "self-check-in" a bother, but I liked a new experience and there was always extremely polite and friendly staff around to help. All in all - 7min walk from Amsterdam Zuid train station.

I stayed in a twin room and there was plenty space! Beautiful shower and bath, with a toilet in a separate room.   Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view!
