Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on. High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. Loved the view! We had a canal view and huge windows that opened. We have stayed in 4 other apartments in Amsterdam and this one is the overall winner.

It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again. The apartments were absolutely fantastic! They were very spacious, well furnished, warm and homely. They are centrally located in a nice quiet area..quite an upmarket area within walking distance of central areas, food & bar areas. Definitely recommend for both parties and just quiet stays. 5stars!!. The staff were friendly, the location brilliant, the apartment was perfect and modern. They were really helpful and there were many great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance, it was a great find. level of service, facilities and equipment in the apartment, style and decor, super friendly and helpful staff, central location, picturesque position, surrounded by a wide selection of excellent restaurants. We liked approximately everything :) Perfect location. We got the room in the end of the corridor on the second floor. So it was quiet and peaceful up there. It was located lose to the city center and very comfortable. We love all about the apartment..great place to stay!. It was pretty well ideal for us but you should note the observations in the next panel. View overlooking the canal, location close to supermarket, trams and buses, spacious room for 4 people. it's a good apartment and fully equipped kitchen . The only slightly negative point is that the stairs are very steep. (Which isn't unusual in Amsterdam) It wasn't a big deal for us but would no doubt be a consideration for some others. Apart from that, it was excellent!. Nothing. Honestly. it's not great if you can't handle stairs, but this a small point. There were not hair dryer. Room was equipped fully with the all possible equipment, but not hairdryer :). There is no reception and its not clear where to buzz once a person arrives. Nil. Nothing special. No bath - just a shower (minor quibble!). Access to apartment too dependent on availability of travelling host. Dark - a number of light bulbs didn't work. Cold - temperature wouldn't go above 20 degrees. Cooking facilities were minimal. The music thing was unusable. You should have checked the above before we arrived - we would have been much happier and more likely to recommend you. Steep stairs!!.

The deposit for the apartments that can accommodate 6 guests is EUR 300. This will be refunded at the end of stay if there has been no damage to the apartment. Please note there is no daily cleaning service. This can be requested for EUR 40. Per apartment or room, the guest will get a large and a small towel. When booking 4 rooms or more, the booking is considered as a group booking. A 50% deposit payment is required for any group booking. If a flexible booking will be cancelled 14 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded. Cancelled within 14 days before arrival, the 50% deposit will be held as a penalty. Please inform Canal Boutique Rooms & Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
