I found the staff to be very friendlya nd helpful. The shuttle serviceto the airport was extremely useful and saved money on taxis. The staff were wonderful and the food was good. It was quiet when I was in the restaurant and I felt very comfortable there.I liked that I could use the gym and the food in the restaurant was good in the evening and at breakfast it was unbelieveably filling. Great that the shuttle took me directly to and from the airport, too - I was a little worried about Mex DF on my own.
