It is the closest hotel to the airport. You do not need to wait for shuttle to take you there from terminal 1.Taxi service is good. No need to cue for airport taxis. Confortable beds.Recommended if you find a good rate, otherwise I would try other options. The location inside the airport is perfect and takes the stress out of arriving at the airport in time. We were also able to check our baggage while leaving our carry on in the hotel room until we were prepared to go thorough security.
all reviews » The staff was excellent right from the kiosk at the airport to the hotel porters. Wonderful to be able to get on an elevator down to the check in level at the international hall; especially for a 4:30 am check-in. Incredibly convenient. The United and Air Canada gate is literally 2 minutes away. Perfect location for international flights. Lots of stores and restaurants right there. Staff are wonderful-friendly and helpful!. Location in airport, perfect for catching flight next day. Clean quiet room,great buffet style breakfast to start your day and next part of journey. Some details that would not expect form a Hilton, like sockets , huge lamp and old clock/radio on night table that occupied all the space. I felt that it was a bit pricey by the time I added my meal; the bill for one night came to just over $200 US dollars. Rooms are getting a bit worn for the price. I booked online thinking I would get the same rate on our return visit 2 weeks later, but unfortunately the rate jumped from $109- $170!. booking com should better advertise that hotel is in terminal 1 far away from T2, if travel from T2 better book NH hotel, You will save 30 minutes in the morning!. sign posting could be better frominside the terminal. dry cleaning is slow and nor working well. Noise from the airport. For the price, the rooms need to be updated. The carpet was worn, the door to the bathroom wouldn't close since it was warped. If you are leaving from Terminal 1 this hotel is in a great location (although airport signage leaves lots to be desired). We were leaving from Terminal 2 so had to build in some extra time. The price is a little bit expensive. For this price it was surprising that the breakfast was not included. Rooms do NOT have windows so no view and claustrophobic. The 'window' on Hilton room photographs is a blank/false panel. Very expensive Very noisy, you can hear everything from outside the room. The room in general was not very clean. My towel was dirty from the previous guest? This was not a Hilton quality. Hope, never again!. Room Internet - World's slowest? Gym. Old Rooms and decoration that do not match the pictures if the website. Also can be quite noisy as located within the terminal irself. I didn't receive my "factura" or recipe. I need it for the IRS or fiscus.
