The pool should be longer to get in a decent swim. Wasn't taken with the too modern bathrooms. Shower door handle eventually will break the glass wall it hits when it opens. My room 2085 was a great distance from the elevator and there was no apparent bell person to help with luggage. Very expensive. not signed out well in the airport so first time you need to ask a few times. Had to purchase drinking water. It should come free for price. Very slow service in the bar. Front desk staff are rude and absolutely non-friendly. I had to walk twice with my baggage to get the room unlocked. The bell boys were acting like security at the counter asking me to wait far away until my turn comes. As if I dont know decency. Bed and pillows a little to firm. crazy low temperature on room without heating. Expensive. No information as to whether the coffee was free in the room. No free Internet connection. Noisy as my room faced the dining area, which was been cleared late into the night. I called to ask for the hotel shuttle to pick me up at terminal 1 and they did not send it. I had to call again and wait for more than 45 minutes. slow check-in (30 minutes), asked for king/queen bed, got 2 doubles, shower not working, decoration and service level of a 2 star hotel. Overrated and overpriced, in the same area there are several better hotels available.
