The location could not be any better, it's located only a few hundred yards from the city center. The view is spectacular. We felt the climb up the winding alleys contributed to its charm. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. We would not hesitate recommending it to others...and the chocolate was delicious. The staff ath Hotel Chocolate was really nice and always ready to offer a helping hand. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
