Balcon del Cielo is a fantastic location. A modern funicular takes you to downtown Guanajuato en 10 minutes, and in 20 steps to the top of a mountain where you can see the whole city. I was amazed by the interior design, practical, functional, clean. Five stars for Balcon del Cielo !!. The view of the city is beautiful. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Also it was nice to have coffee or tea available in the lobby at all times. Breakfast at the restaurant was great.
