  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.   Excellent service and quite good value. - very good value for money! clean bed, nice smelling bedsheets, pillows, clean bathrooms, big bed, big room, big nice breakfast, smiling friendly staff, good and safe location near the mrt station, really good budget hotel almost like a 3 star one! Definitely will stay here again when in KL, Thank you!

  The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!! - Good location and good view!
