  staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  The hotel is convientally located, for the unwary it may feel it is in a "dodgy" area but we ate in one of the local cafes and we were made to feel most welcome and cost us £3.80 for a 2 course meal with soft drinks!! The hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly I would recomend this hotel to family and friends and good value. - The pool area ... what people say » is great. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many different things and they baked croissants and pastries right at the buffet. Also, the hotel room was sheik, and modern. Also very clean.
