The view were the highlights of the hotel. Ask for higher floors and you will get one of the best view in Malacca (despite the haze during my stay). Location is great as well, not too far from city, yet can see from anywhere since the hotel has a very distinctive logo and color. Ample parking and guarded 24x7. The view from the window facing the sea and St Paul's Hill and other Malacca's tourist destinations.

Hated the group of men that kept spitting in the pool even tho the so called life guard was sitting there and watching them!!! Scummy little gits! Needless to say I didn't get in the pool..... Tempted to maybe spit near them to see how they liked it.... Gross!!!!. Car park is outside the hotel on unpaved road without area night lighting which maybe not good for personal security if you come back late at night. Breakfast is a hustle without queque system. No food replenishment after food is finished. When we checked into the room, we found that the wash basin is clogged (maintenace crew cleared up the clog) and the water closet water is yellowish in colour with the first flush (as if it was not used a long time). hotel looks quite old. door lock need improvement. room smells of cigarette. No wifi in the room Toilet clean but the curtain very old and look dirty. The reception uniform look very old. no slipper car park road bathtub not clean no shampoo book center room but give corner room check in slow can'T check in 2hour early. # Mattress was hard. # Room looks and smells old. # The HOTEL needs a make over "URGENTLY". #If not for the price,they will loose out to other 3star hotels. Breakfast was a little too basic, It needs more pool furniture, and new bed linen, the sheets are a bit tired. Bath needed re enamelling. the aircon cant be felt. the room was noisy. i could hear the sound of the wind through the window. Old type of tv n not much choice of channel. Tv sucks. Still using the old tv box. 1 room only entitled to get 1 pool towel. Breakfast should have variety. The furniture was a bit old. blankets were dirty!. the charge given is different from those given by letsbookhotel.com. Eg..our booking shows the total figure less than RM600, but when we arrive, they change the amount for more than we have budgeted. They have to consistent on that. Wifi only available in lobby! Mosquitos in the lobby!. 1) TV channels are worst, 2) poor parking accommodation (need for proper surface); 3) limited breakfast dishes. Old facilities. abit run down. need renovation. carpark under the sun. Service provided is not satisfactory. Cleaning and appearance not good. Toiletry not provided. Room not maintained well. Smelly. Not worth for money. Bed super sofe & have bed bugs Hot water yellow in color so dirty. The staff were very rude and service was poor. The toiletoilet was not working and was not repair during the duration. The bed cover was dirty and the pillow had a bad smell. Given corner room. Not able to sleep due to disturbance and felt not comfortable in the room. Went out from room at 2am to round the city till 7am.
