Overall, my stay was pleasureable.I stayed in a triple -room with 2 young children,the hotel looks new,the room is simple, clean & comfortable, the facilities are good. Friendly and helpful owner( The uncle very nice). Excellent location, near the jonkers street.Free parking ticket. The owners are extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide recommendations for food. About 600m to jonker street.

BTW, Jonker street by foot is actually (fast pace) at least 20 minutes instead of what others said 5 minutes. Major shopping centres (yes, by foot again) is about 40 minutes (slow pace as you will pass through the church and park). 3. It has a lift. Within walking distance( about 5-7 minutes) to Jonker Street and Christ Church. The facilities are good. I satisfied with them. there's kettle to have hot water in the room. Walls are kinda thin so you can hear folks checking in and out. just one， that is lack of parking place. Windowless rooms and insufficient carparks. aircond in room poor not cool. 1. Toilet is too small in our room, people with big size could have problem locking the door. 2. Our bathroom sink is leaking badly and dressing table without a chair. 3. No daily housekeeping. Cockroaches in our rooms Not overly clean - there was broken glass in the toilet and under the bed. The toilet is too small. According to the booking system, we can us our cedit carrd to pay for the rooms rental but I had a problem where got to wait for sometime to go trough.Hope next time make sure your mechine is in good condition all the. time. the door of the bath room is not strong enough and not easy to open and close it. Wifi only available near front desk. Bathrooms very small. Rooms are too small in size. Not worth (rm 220 per nite) room too small, no house keeping done. car parking are limited, only 2 lots need to park far away. I stay in a triple-room, all 3 bath towel are dirty(yellow/red/black dirt & mark) very disgusting. Then I request change from the cleaner only this issue settled. But no mini fridge though. no parking，no wifi ,no CCTV feel no security. Room rate change too high, not reasonable. No parking.
