staff very friendly. even picked us up when we could'nt find the hotel upon arrival inMalacca. Breakfast good, when we asked for scrambled we got the next day. the pillows, beds and duvets are the best. like 5star hotels or European hotels... We got a double room and the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also clean. The TV in the room has good channels.
all reviews » Near China town, you could go around Malaka by bicycle and see everything. I love Malaka. big room with sofa and balcony.Very comfortable pillow(hotel provide 6 pillow in my room). It is right in the centre of the city of Melaka. Overall good. Location. The location with hawker stalls just outside and the river walk to the Jonkers Street and other places of interest. The choice of asian breakfast in addition to the usual boring western food. The staff were pleasant but should smile more, they look so serious and unhappy. The hotel is quite expensive given its faded interior and rather austere appearance though the room and bed were comfortable. Room is large. Bed comfortable & nice. Near to Malacca riverside and walking distance to Jonker Walk & other heritage site. Short walking distance to Jonker street The hotel is easy to find. Nearby have a lot shop. the room is very spacious. staff also very friendly and helpful. For that price it was good. Room big, price resonable. Location. Location. cleanliness is lacking. first room we found the toilet tiles are dirty (stained but can bw wiped clean) and sink clogged. second room we asked the room to be vacummed. otherwise, excellent stay.. we will come back... The breakfast spread could do with a toaster for the bread. towel not clean.insufficient parking lot. breakfast not so many varieties. Breakfast should have more varieties. Limited parking in front of hotel. Noisy , can hear a ppl talking n walking when they walk through the oursite room. The break1 should refill the food even they is not more customer will be in..as the timing is 7am-10.30am. I was about 9.30am to take the break1...but there is only left food with no refill.....We only can eat some cereal n drink b4 we start our journey.... there are mosquitoes in the room, and the bathroom so slipper. There were building site just in front of our room. The breakfast is substandard. Low quality of breakfast; No swimming/kid pool; No fridge in deluxe family room; A lot of mosquitos in the room. many mosquitoes low quality of foods no leisure pool for kids no fridge provided in room wait 45 minutes for check-in after 2pm limited car park bay. -Toilet flash not function well, floor very slip and no anti slip mat provide -room got smell -toilet floor -breakfast just so so, not that nice -got one uncle aunty that we met in lobby, they told us got theft went into their room, handphone and Singapore dollers had been stolen. Uncle told us this hotel is not safe & the person in charge is not aound to settle their case.
