Very helpful and excellent staff special mention of front office Sabastian helped us with early checkin and was always very cheerful Superb Breakfast downstairs service was good dispite having a group of 150 Egyptians on a conference all coming in for Brekky together. The location of the hotel is excellent.. Walking distance from pavilion, bukit bintang, KLCC, and personas towers. The staff are very friendly, polite, n helpful. Excellent for long stays cause you can cook ... They also have nice restaurants inside the hotel.
all reviews » The rooms were very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. It feels like home! Breakfast was excellent and location-wise, it was awesome as well. We booked a 1room apartment but upon checking in, we're being 'upgraded' to premier executive room at Prince Hotel instead because they need to do the cleaning at the apartment and it's going to take hours. Complimentary water bottles were given only on the first day of our stay but nevertheless we had an excellent stay. Nothing at all. No free Internet as was advertised in letsbookhotel.com. Breakfast. There was no information book in our room about the hotel. The price is too high vs the value of service. Having to leave. The room card stopped working & the sink plug was too difficult to remove leaving water in the basin for long periods of time. Pool was small. The room service although is cleaning ok every day but he does not change some provide some items or replaced with the new ones ..such as soap and the rest ..in the other meaning. We have to wait for 2 hours upon check in,but when we comeback later to collect the key , they made us wait for another 30 minutes. Noisy from building work next door . When arrive at hotel tired you expect staff of hotel to take care of your laggage but they don't I had to carry out my laggeg out of the taxi. breakfast in residence not much variety. nothing. No Wifi No dishwashing liquid provided. Dishes on the breakfast were very limited. the fixtures and fittings may need refurbished. lousy and expensive meal for room service order and buffet b'fast, not worth paying. the smell of smoke in the hallways on level 12. The room is smaller than what we booked, but still bearable. We're located at the corner room so when in the noon, the room gets too warm. The internet wifi is not free, we need to pay RM50 per 24hrs usage. - No WiFi in rooms. - Blocking sinks in kitchen and Bathrooms. - Late check in.. No wifi in the room and the normal internet was so slow in the room.Only free wifi in the lobby and too many people sitting down there so no room. Swimming pool restriction for kids who can swim is ridiculous. there was mosquitos in the apartment and not only one furniture is out dated breakfast is not that attractive. room too old. stains in the bathroom. dirty carpets. 1. Although we mentioned when booking the hotel that we needed a baby cot for a kid of 15 months and on top of that we got oral confirmation on the phone, having arrived we never got one, so the only night spent in the hotel was tiring and disappointing. 2. For a 5 star hotel bath facilities are not enough - nothing apart from the soap. No free wifi in the room The breakfast at the lounge was quite miserable. We were told that we would be charged extra if we wanted to go to the main hotel breakfast spread Room had a musky smell. House keeping is really bad. We checked as a family, but there was only one pair of sandles, no tooth brush and general amenities. When we call for it, the housekeeping came in with half of the required amenities and the rest we only received the next day.
