the hotel lobby is a dream! the rooms are spacious and technically highly equipped. the spa and the pool is also available after check-out (great service!), the hotel stafft is more than friendly and helpful and the breakfast area offers more you can ever eat! location is just 5 min from monorail. The hotel was embedded between designers shops, luxurious shopping mall and a cheaper kind of shopping mall. Very good fascilities within the room. Excellent fitness equipment, sauna, wellness, beautysalon and hairdressers. Very beautiful swimmingpool with nice personal.

Location. one very bad point was the noise!! this hotel is situated between shopping centres and bars with live music every night until 3:00 am in the morning. for visitors who would like to sleep at night this is an issue which should be taken into consideration. even after changing room onto another side into the highest floor, the noise was unbearable.In the room we had the choice between several kinds of tea and coffee. But as soon as we were at the breakfast table and ordered green tea, this was extra charged on our hotel bill. It was not nice to indirectly ask your guest to bring her own teabag from the room to have her greentea at breakfast. We told our KL-friends who visited us every day in the hotel and they were quite surprised about this. The costs of internet in the hotel are very high. Getting a drink ordered from the pool side terrace wasn't always easy as it was difficult to locate waiting staff. But thats it, and I guess thats not really a negative just a minor inconvenience.service charges and local tax adds an additional 15% to the room rate. it would be better if this was included in room rate to make it more transparant. however i guess this is the same with all hotels in the area. the room rates was too high..swimming pool and bathrooms. Check in needs to be more organized (a simple sign on the desk would do it), as it is not that clear where to check in. A 5 star hotel like this, should only allow taxis that use metered fare. It was a big hazzle always having to bargain with the taxi, who was only trying to get 20x the ordinary fare (but I think this is a general trait of Malaysia). Hotel needs to respond on time to mails!. the price and the delay in chick in. the health club facilities did not meet expaction. some of the staff bothered me by sending msgs to the room to complete the deposit amount because I didnt pay the whole deposit when I reached the hotel in the 1st night . After arrival the hotel crew didn't even mention to help mi wife with the big heavy bag. We stayed in lobby for a time of check in and than go to hotel room. Also without any assistance with baggages. Not suit with 5* standard.Bathroom was rather old. Suprisingly when we arrived no body attained our suit cases. The room's airconditioning was too cold even when temp was set at30 degrees. In the path romm there was no water hose, and as muslem this is veryipmortant, and actually it as bothering us alot, and diffinalty it willprevent me from reserving htis hotel again. Second point is the a/c inroom as it was very cold evn after I truned off the a/c control bus itwas still very cold in teh rrom and teh hotel maintainance team couldsolve this problem from me. Level of cleanliness. the price of extra bed is not fair. Booking was not found on check in. I was given a room on the 17th floor and it smelled really bad- like wet carpets and airconditioning that desperately needed to be cleaned. On check-in no double deluxe room available as booked - eventually "upgraded" to club floor but without club facilities. Late check out was charged at half day rate. Very time consuming check-in procedure.Too many people, less service! Not full 5* service !. breakfast, breakfast area, variety of menu, and it took them time to retrieve our booking through letsbookhotel.com. Staff attitude generally is average to poor.
