Great location; in bukit bintang, all mAjor malls within walking distance.monorail station is 5 minute walk. Comfortable rooms with basic kitchenette(microwave/electric stove). Petronas can be reached in 15 min by monorail. Staff is efficient. Taxis are also easily available at street at all times.there is pool/ gym and spa facility. Cinema is 2 min walk away. Ideal location for someone who wants to do a lot of shopping and go to nice restaurants/cafes.
all reviews » The staff were nice and friendly. They made the effort to make my one night stay comfortable. They arranged a plastic chair for showering purposes as I am an amputee. The room had plenty of space for the use of a wheel chair. The hotel was close to the Pavilion Mall which was Ideal for me. Location is Bukit Bintang above Fahrenheit 88 Mall and opposite Pavillion Mall. This area is lively in late night too. Newly done spacious, neat and clean modern rooms.Fully equipped kitchenette. The staff at reception desk, the security, housekeeping and porter were helpful , polite and cheerful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed there once before. Everything is up to standard. Not too fancy and not too slacky. It was just nice for a tourist who want to spend less on accommodation and shop more. they are very kind. they helped to hold my booking till my payment went thru, as i do not own a credit card. (ms Rakhee is very helpful). It is a good place to shoping and experience kl night life. Walking distance to twintower. Shopping mall and also night market. The spacious living area which is so comfortable for 5 of us and the location of the suites is so convenient. Spacious. Modern furniture. Responsive staff. Value-for-money. Location is the main selling point of this hotel/ apartment, as it is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang Walk. Shops, foods, and transportation are in abundance. Everything is just some steps away. Pavilion, which has a pedestrian bridge to the Petronas Twin Tower (hence, the klcc), is just across the street. Furthermore, at first, we were staying at a newly renovated, 3-bedroom Executive Suites for 2 nights. It was a pleasant stay, the beds were comfortable, clean sheets, and every ro. Th location is very close to the Pavilion and other shopping and restaurants. Fahrenheit has a great swiming pool and the one plus bedroom apartments are good size. The location is really nice, very near to pavilion, star hills, etc. Althought the building is old, but they made renovation, simple yet comfort. Having to use different lifts to get to my room was a bit of a challenge. The view was not that spectacular being in amongst the concrete jungle of the City. There was only one bathroom between two bedrooms, which was our wrong choice. But a modern glittering one. There was no breakfast as there is no restaurant attached. It was disappointing that we could not check in online for our flight cos there was no Computer terminal available at the reception . Service was nice but I think could be better on the greetings and friendly environment. Other than that well done. i was expecting more of a hotel interior like other suites i have stayed at before. i was hoping for a carpeted flooring and a bath tub. otherwise its all fine :). When we tried to leave before 1030am, the mall entrances were closed, no sign or direction was given on where to get out. No free wi-fi. DVD player and heater was faulty (but was fixed promptly upon request). Corridors to rooms need a facelift. The lift was old and slow.. lift door has no sensor, sometimes while waiting for pax to exit, door just closes and we end up waiting for the next lift. Well all is so good except whenn you are back late at nite the entrance to the hotel is confusing. Maybe a proper entrance with indication will help. The entrance to the hotel is a bit weird. Once you get used to it, it's quite ok. The pool closes at 8pm The hallways and elevators are in poor shape. The lift area is a bit dirty. The lift for services is also located in the same area where rubbish from rooms were also transported using the service lift. Limited laundry facilities. Room was cleaned but plates & teacups were not cleaned. The exteriors leading to the apartment ie flooring, windows were pretty old and dusty. Lifts, Hotel entrance could be improved, lobby could be renovated to give a more pleasant feeling, rooms could be improved (properly painted - just needs little touch ups, baby cot is quite old but OK). Overall, a happy stay though. TQ. The main entry to the suite is a bit dark and hidden, need a long walk to reach the lobby of the suite. access to the rooms was rather gloomy and not very clean. There seems to be a small ant problem when we stayed Tv reception was intermittent with reasonable periods the Astros service was down. No free wifi. Current noise due to construction and one of the front office staff should improve on his service skills. it Is difficult to reach the hotel and also reaching the rooms. we have to exchange lift to get to the room. its hard for older people. However, our last 2 days staying at the Fahrenheit was not as pleasant as the first 2 days. We booked the same type of room and we given as such. The room was not bad, yet not as good as the previous one we had. The toilet smelled bad and the hallway to the room also smelled bad. Fyi, our first stay was at room h 175 and the last stay was at c 175. My guess is rooms at the h tower are better than the c tower. Our main bedroom had a noisy a/c unit and kept waking me up during the night. The window in the main bedroom didn't close properly and let the traffic noise in. The soundproofing of the room is not good, I can hear my neighbor packing their stuff. Furthermore, two rooms apartment only one bathroom available, it's a bit inconvenient. WiFi in the room is chargeable! And not really good. Perhaps they should change the uniforms for those working on front counters. My initial impression was like checking in a hospital. Just my 2 cents. No hand towels, and the facilities were worn down and it was difficult to find the reception. Was disappointed with how rundown the suites were. And in our room there was a terrible smell. Curry I think. There are owner/tenants in the block so that was also quite strange. Wifi not free have to pay about RM18/- per day. The bathroom too small. Hallway leading to the room relatively quiet. Stayed three nights on 16th floor and could not sleep for 2 out of 3 nights owing to nightclub music coming from 4th floor. Defininately not a quiet place to sleep. Dirty couch. Entrance and reception could do with a refresh. Lifts so old and not maintained. WiFi service in Apartments. !7th floor Entrance, corridors are old ,not maintained and not cleaned to give good impression. The lighting in the room needs to be improved. Breakfast not included. They should mention on their page that this is not a typical hotel but a condominium renting out rooms. There is no room service. No complimentary room wifi considering the accommodation price. The facilities, lifts, hallways, the place in general is OLD. Even though the pictures on the page looks very nice. The concierge was on the 5th floor. You need to take an elevator from a somewhat hidden part of mall below it. Swimming pool was on a tight schedule 10am-8pm. the access to the suite is a big problem, facilities & amenities are run down. .1The noise of the residents and surronding area of the building. 2. Internet is not weak although it is paid. 3. The sofa set in the setting room is not clean enouph. elevators, hallways and hotel rooms are a bit creepy. We heard strange noises at night. You are not allow to open the room window for fresh air. They are locked. One of reception guys was not helpful and really sharp. Bad smell in hotel and rooms..maybe because of the locked windows. One of the reasons that I booked in this hotel that it has a swimming pool but I did not swim in it. The area around the swimming pool looks dirty and there was no swimming pool seats to relax. Reception staff no enough, I wait long time for check-in, the Chinese staff no manner. What is in the pictures shown doesn't the same like the real one. Need maintenance. There isn't any coffee house or restaurant in the vasinity. We have to go out or at the mall. Should at least have a small kiosk or shop at the main lobby. the entrance, hallway.. Ants in the room, poor lighting in the shower, and troublesome elevator passageway.
