that hotel is a new one, we had a big suite for our family 2 adults and 2 kids, we are impressed how that suite was realllly big, it was 2 bed rooms and one office rooms with living room and balcony and nice view of Menara tower, the furnitiure was really new and very elegant, and stylish the kithchen bar was really equipped with every thing you can imagine in a decent kitchen nothing was missed toilets were really big, the master one was in the size of a room, one of the best hotels i experian. all reviews »
I went to E & O residence with my family on 8th august 2013. The place is very nice, clean and beautiful. There is everything that a family of 4 adults need. The rooms, toilets, living room and kitchen are well maintained. Kitchen comes with all utensils like knife, pans, spoons and etc. You can even cook a meal or bake a cake for your family to enjoy.
Security very good. Be it parking your car or the lift going up the condo
The breakfast is quite limited but the taste is good.

One of the best hotels for city traveling we have experienced. Very spacious appartments with spectacular view and excellent facilities, particularly the swimming pool we liked. On top its location is perfect in walking distance to the KLCC and a lot of restaurants and bars. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, particularly with small kids. We can really recommend the hotel for KL trips and as the first and last stop if you are planning on a Malaysia roundtrip.

Location is good to as it is only a five minutes walk to Raja Chulan Monorail, just 7 stops from KL Sentral after taking the KLIA Ekspres Train from Airport, and one monorail station from Bukot Bintang for shopping and two station from Jalan Alot for food near Berjaya Time Square.
Love the room, feel excited to stay, a large room with lovely detail and taste of interiors, as well as the whole equipments & stuffs (washing machine & stink are wonderful). Friendly staff and the responses are quit fast, and one word with the pools ... amazing! I feel guilty not invite the children to stay.. During here I almost never reached a taxi since it in central city (between KLCC Twin Tower and Bukit Bintang area) as well as near with monorel station.
Perfectly located in KL, we stayed here for 4 nights. the staff could not have been more helpful, our apartment was enormous, with incredibly comfortable beds and amazing views. The pool is designed beautifully for all ages, and the view of the Petronus Towers at night is something I will treasure. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Although not cheap, it is fairly priced, and as a family of 5, it provided wonderful accommodation. And the breakfasts were fab!.
Superb new luxury apartment, huge living room / kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows all round. The bedroom is also large with a huge comfortable bed and pillows. Adjoining the bedroom is as good a bathroom as you will find anywhere, with stand alone bath, separate shower and twin basins. There is also a separate toilet off the living room.
The pool area is great and many places of interest in walking distance as is the monorail station.

in this style of apartment for the long term. The pool is great and the
greenery around the buildings is pleasant. The cleaners and
electricians were very polite and welcoming. There is a free go kl
transit bus stop at the Weld Shopping Centre (end of the street), which
gives you access to the main attractions in kl - so handy, this is all
we used during our stay!.
Location is within a short walk to the lrt Raja chulan and GoKL, a free
city bus to Bukit Bintang, klcc or Pasar Seni, at the other end. Love
the modern contemporary decor of the apartment, everything is spanking
new. Feel so relaxed and very much at home at the end of each day. The
apartments are fully equipped. Ideal for long stays with family Staff
from reception to concierge to security guards are warm and friendly.
On an overall basis the Accommodation was excellent - very spacious, comfortable and tastefully setup suits. Location was smack in the centre of the city with most points of interest at walking distance. Breakfast offered good selection to start the day on a healthy note. staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. In a nut- shell, one of the best hotels that I have stayed at recently.....
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious apartment with even a study room where the kids could do their drawings and playing. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. We had fun at the pool area too. Excellent finishing a and interesting bath tub. We have 2 families staying together and the children had a great time playing in the living area. We managed to have a steamboat dinner too.
Great serviced apartments in a fantastic position. Walking distance to shopping district, KL Tower and Petronas Towers. Restaurants within a few minutes walk. Daily breakfast delicious and staff very helpful and friendly. Pool area and kid's playground were used every day.
Most probably the best facility one could ever find not only in the city of Kuala Lumpur, but within the overall region. An architectural masterpiece, impecabble details, utmost comfort level. A must see & must stay place. Will definitely stay again there.
These are apartment buildings for expats actually. Very spacious living room. For the same price of 5 star hotel in KL, you get an extra spacious living room in E&O Residence! Will definately come back to stay again in future, value for money.

From the moment we arrived at E&O residence KL we were treated with the highest regard. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff . The apartment was outstanding ! Will not stay any were else when travelling to KL in the future.
Spacious modern high-rise apartment located minutes away from Petronas towers and the Alor street food courts. Easy access via Monorail. Superb accommodation and pool. On site restaurant Delicious has good food but short on staff.

Residence Place is a good choise for any family and these what I found
in E&O. Flat has big space + Kitchen where you can cook + Washing
machine + has a Living Room + Nice Swimming Pool + gym + Kids

The facilities are superb. Full kitchen set, washing machine, dryer, large bathroom.. my kid love to swim in the bath tub :)

Clean rooms and nice swimming pool. The hotel is located in an area that's near many shopping malls. It's around 10-15 minutes walk to the Pavilion and other shopping malls.
The room was spacious, staying there for 2 days or 2 weeks would be no
problem at all. Room was extremely clean and it is good for families or
just group of friends.

I don't think the restaurant can made another menu except the same menu during 4 days in here. The hotel should consider to deal with another resto or even not put the breakfast as an option.
Annoyingly for a new luxury building we found the air-con very noisy, in fact we couldn't sleep with it on. After taking the duvet off and just using the cover we found we didn't need it on.
If breakfast is your thing, the cafe where you go with your voucher offers nowhere near the standard of breakfast you would get in a 5 star hotel but it was enough for us.
The bathroom was big enough and had great facilities inside, but it was
quite dark and the smell of sewerage travelled from the open drain into
the bedroom. Definitely have to get a cover or something to block that
smell! Do not use the international power adaptors they provide (black
ones) for charging laptops/phones etc, ours shorted the fuse in the
apartment and burnt in the powerpoint. Bring your own.
There was hardly anything that we didn't like at the E&O residence.
Shopping area is not that near. But you can easily get a cab which is not expensive.

The breakfast is very basic. For a 5 star hotel apartment, they should upgrade the breakfast.
Abit noisy at night cuz of constructionwork onbuilding a new resedince.
Only thing If I was to be picky was the size of the single beds we needed for 2 women sharing one of the rooms in our apartment they were quite small.
The noise. And I don't mean the construction noise - as this is everywhere in KL. the AC noise in the middle of the night - even when you switch off all you own units.
- noisy ventilation inside the room;
- outside is another house building in process - so also noisy, but inly during the day when we were normally not in the hotel.
HouseKeeping Need more improving of making up the rooms but they
are not bad.
Breakfast is too few choice. No vegetable at all. Only bread, congee, eggs...
Some time they need to clean with Vacum cleaner and care about bad
smells come from bath room.
1) Breakfast: The variety of food is very limited and one must stand in long que for the eggs and waffles.
2)The entrance of the hotel is on a minor road (Tongah Street) which is:
a) Unknown to Taxi drivers
b) The road was not clean as there was some garbage and bad smell which makes not comfortable to walk through it.
c)The road is lonely at night.
It does not seems as a five star hotel for me it's at most four
star. When I orderded extra blanket they charged me 35 rm per night.
They told they will charge me if I lost my room's key card.

1.Should have Children Pool for safety purpose.
2. Lift access from Apartment to ground floor (G) or carpark only, should not required a room card.
3.Breakfast served the same kind of food.

The road outside the hotel is dirty and dark at night.
Prior to arrival, I have made a few calls and made sure that there is
bike parking in the hotel itself and upon arrival, the guards inability
to give directions and give a proper instruction gave me a very bad
impression of it's security. Other than that, it has been a very
good stay.

The only thing that let E&O residences down was the standard of the breakfast. The buffet was very limited and disappointing compared to other hotels I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur. Definitely not up to expectations for the E&O brand.
This time we do not find any un pleasant situation.
The location is little bit inside and not on main street. It is little bit scary in the night specially if you are alone. No all the taxi drivers know this place.
The breakfast was only average.
