The roof top pool with FANTASTIC VIEWS--the buffet breakfast had choices to suit everyone--my room was ideal in size -space and functions. Room housekeepers kept everything as neat as a pin topping up soaps --shampoos- and coffees teas Etc and my room was always beautifully cleaned. Receptionists were brilliant-friendly-helpful-always cheerful and always a welcome smile when returning from a long day out. The security guys helped make me feel safe and the taxi service stand was again always h.

I loved the bathroom it felt like home.. The a/c was perfect so when u return to ur suit u well forget about the humidity outside, the breakfast was delicious and healthy but needed more variety and more vegetables ( tomatos, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, carrots) ect.. :) the wifi is good b. Its the 1st time I traveled to kl, and I chosed Park Royal Suites from the internet. I booked Suites room with 2 bedrooms, the room is so large, and we got Wi Fi for 2 gadget. Check in and Check Out processed is quick. There is the situation when My Dad, got left on the lift by himself, and I asked for help to hotel staff to looked for him. They work quickly to looked for my dad, and we really thankfull for that. I definitely will stay at Park Royale again. - friendly staff, willing to help - appliances in the room (2 BR flat), especially toaster, washing machine, dryer - free WiFi - proximity to public transportation stations (bus, monorail) mini-market and Pavilion mall, this meant ease of moving and getting quality/ safe meals - constant availability of metered taxis. Our one bedroom suite was perfect! Neat and clean as a pin, good quality high powered shower and nothing missing in the kitchenette. Walking distance to all tourist sites and close to many restaurants and bars. We found the gym well equipped and the pool on the top floor fantastic!. Staff were exceptional, and room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. I was particularly impressed that the hotel were more than happy to arrange an early check in for us after an overnight flight. Extremely good value hotel!. Loved the hotel. The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is when u book a suit for 2 for example (breakfast included) they only allow for the 2 to have free breakfast any extra person will be charged:(. - terrible noise (a drilling construction site kept working all night for several days), prevented us from sleeping and almost ruined our vacation (we were in room 2302 and then moved to 809 and things got much better) - rooms could be better with some renovation - only 7 TV channels available, most of which are local and in Malay - very poor breakfast menu (especially to guests from Middle East). Perhaps more variety could be offered at breakfast but we found it sufficient. The only problem we had the entire stay was a tv that did not work however this was promptly rectified with a new one being brought up. Although I had my letsbookhotel.com voucher with me they insisted I had booked for the day before I arrived and charged me an extra day when I left. To avoid a scene I paid up but I was not happy with this. Having to leave. Swimming pool was too cold Room service menu could have had more on it. Just wished that the swimming pool at level 1 could be closed later because by tthe time we came back to the apartment after a whole day of sightseeing and shopping, its was closing time. Lobby area could have been a bit more comfortable and welcoming. Nothing in the hotel, really it was perfect. Just some hard barging at the china town and people really trying to take advantage of you. Can't use rooftopswimmingpool with kids :(. air-condition was a little bit noisy. maybe slightly expensive compared to other hotels in KL. The traffic and roadworks. I can not remember any thing that I didn't like. wifi should be free without need to go through many options in web. Not many choices of food for the breakfast. The breakfast buffet Little away from shopping area. Acess to the Skyroof gives insight if the staircase landing which looks aged. lack of attention to details (iron board broken, TV remote control with flat batteries, no renewal of face towel two days in a row, some staff at breakfast not paying attention to any guest and not offering coffee and so on) Overall the breakfast spread is very poor. nothing but good reviews. Some distance away from main shopping area. Only near Pavillion. One of the staff that was very courteous and polite when we checked in but turned his face when we're checking out ... we're like...that means after our payment, its a very different thing. not enough tv channels. Room service selection limited. Didn't have single beds. Pool on ground floor too cold. carpark security guard don't look friendly upon arrvival. Location.First room smelled of smoke, second room was better. Taxi drivers kept getting confused with Park Royal Hotel, even though given address on paper. Both my kids had asthma attacks during our stay. Friendly staff did manage clean and make the room feather free very quickly but i guess the curtains or some other areas were still dusty...since my kids weren't well until we reached home. Also breakfast buffet had a limited selection of food every day :). Breakfast was less than average, lacked variety and flavor. Internet at the 2 bedroom suite, which accommodates for 4 adults, was only available for 2 devices, which means 2 had to be left out, or we'd pay 35 ringgit per night, same internet policy of 2 devices only per room regardless of the room type, which is silly given that all of them accomodates for 2 adults excpet for ours, which is why we chose it and paid more. Breakfast very bad. Poor build quality. The amenities such as bathroom is under my expectation for the rate we were paying,. far from shopping centers its takes around 15 minutes walk to pavilion mall, bad air-condition system (split unit), no ventilation in master bedroom toilet.
