Opened in 2009, this is quite a spacious relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available at every level except the rooms which is more convenient than many hotels where you can only get it at the lobby level. Plenty of surrounding food choices ands other leisure activities conveniently located within the same mall. Nice big laptop safe in the room. The hotel is good for its location but a bit pricey. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful, the room is clean but looks old. Good seafood restaurants at the doorstep.

Night easy to find food. nice family room. spacious room. overall. Is a very convenient location, the Plaza Sentosa Shopping Mall just beside the hotel, if you would like to find something to eat, hotel downstairs have Old Town White Coffee Restaurant & others, for those want to find something to drink, the Pub just beside the Old Town White Coffee. Flexible on checking out. Basically hotel is ok with my late checkout at 3pm with an additional rm$10 / hour. Pay accordingly to the additonal hours used. Wifi is only availabe at lobby lounge. i like the location , it is nearby lots of restorant and leisure places such as aruku room size is big enough for family or group of friend even for couples! worth of money. The staff are friendly except for one of the receptionist who did our check-in. Good stay for 1 night trip. Concierge staff is excellent. Convenient, Nice and clean - near restaurants and shopping complex all within 2 km radius. I like the location, close to looking for meal, in town area, near shopping area also. It is located in town area so is very convenient and food as well. Staffs were generally pleasant and friendly. Basic rooms without buffet breakfast even if breakfast is average. There are nightclubs nearby so it is not too safe for single ladies. difficult to find muslims food. Better toiletries, hot shower needed fixing on first day (though staff responded quickly to request), no wifi in hotel rooms only in lobby. The room facing a wall without sunlight, thought it was still early morning as it was dark still at 10am. Lol. Check-in time could be improve. Tv small. nothing. air conditioner not good. Car Park - You have to walk to the car park services counter to prove you're the guest of the hotel only can get out of the car park, can't directly get scan or stamp for the car park card in the hotel services counter after check out the room. Requested for a hair dryer and was informed there are no more stocks available, additional pillows as well but be prepared to pay an addiotnal rm$10 for it. the bed sheet were dirty , the car park lift is not attach with hotel , so it is very dangerous if you are travel alone or in couple. The chair in the room needs to be replaced. We had 3 rooms and all of the chair is nearly broken which I think is dangerous for kids and adults staying in the hotel. Preferences for room was not met as we requested for a non smoking as we are travelling with kids. They should have connecting rooms for guest travelling with kids. Don't like car park - must walk out of the hotel and take another lift to the multistorey carpark. Not too safe or convenient if got lots of baggages. Wifi only on lobby! Is very inconvenience. Poor water system resulting in noise from the piping even when our tap are off. Bad counter staff who was rude. I booked twin bed, he gave me twin bed instead. I asked for non smoking room, he purposely gave me the smoking floor!!!!!. There are no WIFI in the room. We only can get WIFI at the lobby. Hair dryer only can be use for 1hour and the staff will collect back. Wifi connection not available in room. Not so clean. Bathroom-water flow clog. Room 4021 Door can't close by itself. Need a hard push. Flat screen tv very tiny. The staff are not friendly... Not dare to open window cause outside is facing an internal hall or something like corridor. Felt very unsecure. The parking is too far to walk from car park to the hotel. Service was slow when asked for an ironing board.
