The room is good and comfortable, equiped with almost all the necessity like body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity stuff and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable too! I kind of enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel. The price was reasonable for the varieties of food served. Service is good too and hope it will be maintained. Will recommend to friends and families to visit.

There's watertheme part on the swimming pool floor and available booking to Legoland. Overall value for money. Suit kids/family and couple short holiday getaway. Everything in 1 building (linked to KSL Shopping Mall). Though this is a new hotel that many facility is in good condition, however design and setup have been well layout for traveller to feel comfortable and convenient. Geographic location is very convenient and easy to access all type of entertainments as well as shopping fun within the same mall. This is definitely worth for money particularly via letsbookhotel.com. hotel is big and generally clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 16th floor and we got to use the dinasour water park and swimming pool for free as the guests. The pools are clean and comes in various shapes and sizes. My 2.5 yr old really enjoyed herself. Location is really good. Easy to travel out and next to a mall and surrounded by local hawker food. ~I came with Family and children, the Receptionist was quick to handle our 3 Rooms booked and nice Clean room, The Hotel is very convenient for us to find for FOOD, SUPERMARKET and do some SHOPPING, just only same building with the HOTEL. Also reasonable price for Hair Salon & Manicure~. We stay at the junior suite n got VIP priority check in so no need to queue for checking in.room was very neat n clean n spacious..all items in mini bar complimentary..nice breakfast with lots of variety.shopping nearby n lots of food available. the rooms are spacious! With so many food places surrounding the hotel and a shopping mall just beside, the location is just perfect! Also, on Mondays, the night market opens just outside the hotel - what a treat! We enjoyed our stay so much!. - Its only reasonable to have 3sets of toilet bath-sets for Triple room. - for parents at Dino Theme Water Park, its reasonable for them to watch over the children to go in for free esp those not suited to go into the pool. The shopping centre is just right below the hotel and safe and convenient. The house keeping staff is prompt to attend to my needs regarding aircon setting and TV Wifi in room is definitely helpful. It looks cosy and class. It is very recommended to bring their vip to this hotel. Recep Kamis and Guest service indian guy with spectical, both of them were helpful and professional. On the top of shopping mall with many options to do shopping, walking distance to other mall. Good value for the money. Good variety and non- expensive optional buffet breakfast and dinner. Location is within the ksl Mall, thus you will have plenty to do (shooping, eating, entertainment) during your free time. Nice modern rooms with fast wifi/wired internet. Rooms were very clean. We managed to book at a special deal, which was considered a lot cheaper than the normal rates. Hope that they will have more frequent promotions. The hotel design is nice with good shopping and dining facilities within the mall. Hotel guest gets free entry to the Dino Alive Water park, which is nice. Staff is still fresh that might be due to lacking of training. Check in and check out process took longer than it should have been. Communication wise might be an area that require improvements. For guest with Chinese speaking might face communication difficulty. Though staff is able to speak Chinese however it's not Chinese native where the comprehension were not perfectly taken. The room has full mirror from ceiling to floor. Very disturbing when you have a toddler. and it gets very hot in the morning. ~ Many Families, Children and so crowded at the LOBBY HOTEL, waiting for Check In. YES, because maybe School Holiday, so the Lobby looked so busy. But so far, everything is alright~. Theme park need to pay RM50 but looks like nothing interesting..rather use the normal swimming pool for swimming activities. Although some channels on the TV are clear, some channels like Channel 5 and 8 have lots of static. The cafe for breakfast is not very impressive esp when it is a 5 star hotel. -Many unexperience staff at receiption without monitoring by trainer. -Reservation dept/ Operator room back ground too noisy, people talking loud and laughing. -When i called up your hotline, i was transfer from Operator to Recep to Reservation dept to online room reservation dept. I explaint my situation 4times. -Rooms are small - Far from Lego Land (45 min drive) -They told us that there is a water Park on 7th floor and it is with separate fees, it was only a swimming pool with 1 small slide!! - Taxis are very expensive specially if you want to go for tour to water fall (half day 4 hours would charge you 400 RM). Price is steep considering there are other hotels around which offer better locations and facilities. Swimming pool was abit small. Dinosaur theme park ? is a joke really ? you see it from your room or elevator you will laugh and laugh again when even as a guess there asking 50 for it. Check in were delayed till 3.30pm, hotel carpark is shared with the malls, a long wait for the lift to access to the carpark. Security need to be more stringent, we left the key card in the room and ask for a help at the front desk, they just replace another card without checking the guest details. there was nothing to not like. The services provided by the staff wasn't as efficient as expected. I checked in at 3pm and the rooms were still not ready. We waited for >30 minutes for the room to be ready. The Dinosaur pool is not value for money, not so fun. Should just keep it open for all guests as it really wasn't a big deal with just 3-4 slides. Not the hotel's fault but access via escalator to the hotel was overwhelming coz you have to go through a maze of stalls. These stalls don't give the hotel a 5 star feel. No prejudice...K. The front desk is not professional like any other stars hotel. Staffs need to be trained before they take the job. So that they don't have to ask one poor manager with every question a guest ask. Staff was not as friendly which would have been expected of a 5 star establishment. Small swimming pool Aircon rooms not very cold Not much facilities. The hotel couldn't find our on line booking through letsbookhotel.com and it was midnight when we wanted to check in. Luckily there was another room available for my family that time. * Long Queues during Check-in time. * Room readiness not in time. The key got locked after the checking out time. One of the house keeping staff used my charger when I was away and while he was cleaning my room.What a cute guy!!. The nasi goreng (room service) was terrible as it was tasteless. It took quite a long time for the reception to find my reservation from booking.com. Room rates is too expensive . Receptionist not well trained in courtesy & politeness. bad traffic jam around the hotel. nothing much to do. Hard to get Malay food even inside the shopping mall. Check in at 3pm only and needs to check out by 11am on the next day due to high occupancy. Requested for a small favour from the hotel but was not fulfilled. Kinda disappointing. Travelling from Singapore through to Johor Bahru (customs and immigration checkpoints was a traffic nightmare). Iron/ironing board are not provided in the room. The room is also very small. The price of hotel is higher. wifi connection on the 26th floor is bad. room too small. I really think the hotel management is incompetent. I really, really disappointed with long hour check-in. I was very, very frustrated as I called the reception for a hour not one answer the call. I really dislike the attitude of the hotel staff, not even fit for 2.5 Star service. We order food but waited for almost 30mins,it was not pack at that time. The room didn't have meal plan. No breakfast provided. Isolated for walks. the smoking smell is really bad and the hotel lobby is very crowded and not quiet as the lifts are very slow and not efficient. The timing for housekeeping is too early.
