From the Check in: less than 5 mins To walking to room: greeted by every staff Room ambience: very comfortable(way above expectation) Food: is really reasonable This is one hotel that has really meet every part of the service need of customer. all reviews » Fast check-in & check-out, staff was friendly with smile, the room was big, toilet was big too.. (we booked deluxe room) view was nice too... walking distance to KSL shopping mall.. breakfast was nice.. overall so many hotel we stayed in JB, this is the best hotel we stayed so far.. we love this hotel. Next stay will be Grand Paragon Hotel JB again... We had booked a junior suite, so it was very convenient as my two boys ages 5 and 10 had their own space with a seperate tv, sleeping area and bathroom. Room was beautiful and luxurious, simply loved the semi circle desiged whole wall of pannelled glass windows, huge room. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable variety. The hotel is near one big mall which is walking distance so you can get food and other supplies there. the price isn't too high and the hotel is clean with good facilities. The breakfast spread is good but go early. i saw a queue forming halfway though my meal. all in all it was a good experience. The room is really big enough, and the night view outside is great. Staffs are helpful. Location is convenient as night bazaar is next to the hotel, and outdoor food court right behind. room is clean enough although the hotel turning old. Good location, affordable, clean, good food, every thing is nearby, the price is good compared to expensive Singapore, Cost effective way if you are doing business in singapore since you get the same quality for fraction of cost. Breakfast was excellent with a very good mixture of cuisine to suit all tastes. Staff were very helpfull and polite. Room was very clean. Cigarism and executive club was Fantastic! It is can provide some facilities to couple can together enjoy . Like Spa, steam room for couple can together enjoy . Not need separate enjoy . Ironing board cover was very stained and could have done with being changed. Bathroom had very little light whilst showering. Front desk staff are useless, but that wouldn't stop me staying somewhere. The reception staff some time look like unhappy ,whenever i got some question for ask . They answer maybe is not better. But this is only my site to looking . Bathroom dimly lit. And stains on the bathtub. Little bit dated but service more than made up for this. No bathrobe. No bedroom slippers. 1. Hotel should add the menu for breakfast. the check in room time is too late ( 3pm afternoon ), if can check in room @ 1pm is the best. The room aircon is too cold , unable control the room temperature by aircon device in room. LCD TV the sound system is not good in room. the pillow is too soft , one bed have two number of pillow is less than one person requirement, one bed must provide 3 nos or more pillow for one person. The aircon was really cold, no matter which temperature we set it too. Nevertheless it was a great stay!. wifi very bad, just ok to check your mails, more is not possible. My 2nd. time now in Paragon, always bad wifi. That´s the only reason why I change Hotel next time. Sky bar is extremly expensive. front staff are not fast enough . From Bellboy to staff maning counters, generally "smilling" service provided. Very few variety on buffet breakfast. If not packaged into room charges, will surely give it a miss. None. room bar fridge is not cold. The pillows not so good... Dining options for kids a bit limited. Disco on 26th disturbing audible on 24th floor!. Poorly trained staff who insisted on our arrival that a double bed means its a single bed! I mean, even after I showed him on letsbookhotel.com that the options of bed choices were between 2 single beds or 1 double bed, he still insisted that a double bed according to 'his system' means its a single bed...... Seriously?! I believe hotel front desk staff should be better trained. Lifts were a little slow. Maybe it was because they were all either going up or going down at the some time. that they were all out of blankets when we requested for additional. were given bedsheet instead. The toilet bowl as it does not have a normal hose instead. there not many choices of food during breakfast. 2) The shower water not enough strong. Only on the second and third day, the air-conditioning was not working. Already notified reception but nothing was done. tv channels cannot get clear reception. The Windows are not clean.
