Our stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant., the location is good and the staff is friendly. The rooms was very clean and tidy, quite spacious as well, bathroom is more than standard. .The hotel doesn't have a cafe. But not to worry as the hotel is greatly located within the city centre of Ipoh. Below the hotel there's pizza hut & KFC and they are 24hours open ;) 50metres away you'll find a shopping mall called The Store. If you plan to go further, don't forget to visit "Gerbang Malam" aka .

The desk staff were friendly and helpful they genuinely seemed to want us to enjoy our stay. 24-hour security guard at hotel entrance. Basic (Tune-style) rooms were very clean and comfortable with fast free wi-fi. The staff was smoking at the lobby, and since we were a family with kids, it gave a poor first impression. And for my friend who stayed at the room in front of the lift lobby, he complained that the lift chime was too loud that they were kept awake throughout the night. Not recommended to take this particular room. No parking provided. Very noisy when next room open & close door.Smelly corridor & only 1 lift.worse when check out time ,lift was in maintenance,what timing. The air-con just not cool enough and at times difficult to find parking. -location, no traffic lights and a very old mall on the other side of the street. only have 1 lift (total 4 floors). Feel cramped. noise from the road toilet was barely equipped. Nothing. Small hotel with no car park space. However no curtain in shower room, no tray to hold shower gel,shampoo. no dedicated car park. No proper car park. No toiletries like hair shampoo no telephone - is very important if there's an emergency?. Noisy traffic outside. public parking. room was small and no parking facilicities. nothing much to recommend. They pre-charge rm50 to my credit card account without informing me first. Under the agreement with letsbookhotel.com, they should only charge me upon arrival. The sleep condition for our room is so terrible at night. At least 10 small and 3 big air con compressors are vibrating outside the wall.
