The unit looks new. Have air-condition for each room and living room as well but the living room's air conditional not cold.

It's fairly clean and comfortable. And plus a friendly guard as well

the upkeep and maintenance of the overall building- pretty run down.
the plumbing was very bad, the foul smell that back flow to the aprtment every night or morning is extremely unbearable.
Checking in and out will be hassle because the person in charge have
to come over to the condo. The price during public holiday can be
quite pricey comparing to hotel which have the breakfast and swimming
pool facility. Unless traveling in a large group, hotel would be a
better option. Did not feel welcomed, the condominium management does not like outsiders
In their premises, it's clearly displayed at the entrance. We were made to wait at least 15 mins out side the entrance initially, before the appartment owner
