The friendliness of the staff and its location.Very convenient to get around to anywhere as there is bus and taxi easily available. As it was Thaipusam, and we were vegetarians, the breakfast buffet was excellent!. In town. Noisy sound from Raindrops hitting the glass window.Room air con not cool, safe box not working and after informed the hotel counter and was no respond. The towels were not changed and the condition of the rooms not too good. The ceiling was leaking.Dirty.
