Very clean and comfortable, convenient.The staff are nice and polite. I like it, I will come back to this hotel when I visit to Penang again. The room rate are really one thing to shout about. With under RM 100 per night, you are only 8 minutes away from the best food in town!. The location is superb. Near Komtar bus station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is basically clean.
all reviews » Within walking distance to Island and Loh guan lye hospital. Will definitely stay here for my next visit. The room was clean, the bathroom was big, the staff attended timely to keep the room in a tidy manner. Relatively new hotels, basic amenities are provided, close to some restaurants, free wifi. Good services.... Have free parking area .... Good room condition.... value for money.. very clean hotel, staff very friendly and also willing to help. Clean & comfort, staffs are helpful & friendly. The speed was top notch. The hotel is situated right between Komtar shopping center and the thai consulate. The botanical garden is also not too far. The bus from botanical garden will take you right to the hotel's doors. I was going to visit thai consulate and also do some sightseeing and shopping. The hotel's location was good for everything. Also if you walk from the hotel to Komtar in the eveni. I like to stayed here coz its just opposite the loh guan lye hospital so for anyone who comes for medical check up at loh guan lye hospital im very recommended to stay at this hotel. Decribed as a hotel in centre of geogetown but it took us the best part of 2hrs to get there, as we had been travelling for fourteen hrs by bus and got drop off in centre of Georgetown we were not happy when we got to the hotel they had already used our credit card , I wonder how many people just do not turn up. Still lack basic facilities such as hair dryer, slipper, water heater/dispenser, etc. A bit too far (for walking) from the famous food street. The staffs lack of good customer service. no commen.
