Although we were not staying at the Conrad Hotel, they did reservations for us in very good restaurants and hel - Don't be confused by the name Holiday Inn. This is a truly upscale and nice place, no worse than all the other 5-star hotels (Venetian, Conrad, Hard Rock, ...) around it. The only thing about this hotel you can associate with Holiday Inn is its pricing. The hotel actually prices itself quite a bit lower than its neighbors there. Gym and spa facilities are very nice.   Everything was fantastic! Location, services, food, activities, etc! The staff even recommend the best deals via apps like V-chat, which entitles you to get free tickets for shows. The free shuttle buses make it very convenient to get around Macau. The travel desk assists in finding the best food nearby, suggesting that we don't need to spend mone... what people say » y on cab. It's a shame we only spent one night in Macau. I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and my most favourite staff is King! - Quality of service is just impeccable.   Our stay at Conrad couldn't have been made much better. We stayed in the deluxe king suite for a short one night stay with city view and had a fantastic stay. Upon arrival at the hotel we were courteously greeted by check in staff Preen and chief concierge Edmund.
