Staff spoke English so all was stellar. - This hotel is a good deal price vs. quality in an overall expensive city like Seoul. The Yaksam metro station is 7 min walk and Gangnam alone is worth visiting. The room is very cool, with modern design and every single thing you might need for your stay, from shower gel to creams that I did not even know what they're for. Add to this clean and comfortable and you've got the perfect hotel in Seoul.

  Nice apartment-style rooms, good beds. We loved the jacuzzi and the hot tube in the gym área downstairs. Fantastic to relax after walking around all day.   Our check-in at the front desk took less than a minute as the staffs were well prepared. The front desk responded to our request of baby crib with super efficiency even at late 10pm! Our whole family including my young kids of 7, 4.5 and 2 years old simply love this hotel. Aveda toiletries were very much appreciated, towels etc were changed every day. some other reviewers have mentioned the alley you have to go through to get to the hotel but it is occupied by local trades families who I found to be very friendly if you bother to speak

The staff spoke english and were very helpful with everything we needed help with. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
