Close to subway station. 3 beds per room. Poor staff attitude. Do not want to offer help to customer. A little costly for what you get but more budget friendly than the Hyatt. The rooms smelt very musty - not what I would expect from a 4-star rated hotel. Very light water pressure, constantly alternating hot/cold. AC cut off in the middle of the night and started flashing a red strobe. we had to wait through this for 10 minutes before we could reset. Thought this hotel was a good price for 4-stars, and good location, but be warned, it was far from a comfortable stay.
