Very popular hotel, more than perfect location:1) direct train ride to Inchoen airport (2) close to Itaewon and all the very popular location... A 5-star hotel which keeps a 2-star convenience, like coin- washing/drying machine with ironing room plus a steamer... Very nice swimming pool, gym... Fantastic overall... Nice staff, including the cleaning lady... Most popular among japanese businessmen.

Basement level has full supermarket, shops, subway access. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just stayed there for the 3rd year in a row for over a week - it gets better each year. We arrive at the hotel on 23 Jul '13 late morning, upon our request and out of goodwill from them, they allow us to check in to the room to rest before the normal check-in time. I like their flexibility in dealing with their hotel guests. I like to thank the receptionist who attended to us that morning. Good location. Just up above the metro. Very convenient to go to the airport. Many restaurants around. There is a bank inside the plaza offering a better exchange rate than the one in airport. Wifi is available everywhere inside the hotel. However, there is a fully equipped gym on level B2. Perhaps the hotel should consider to offer free daily memberships to that fitness club. The cost of the meeting room at the hotel is very expensive. However, it is possible to use the coffee shop for more casual meetings. Slow elevator. The shuttle bus service was limited to a certain timing, that weren't suitable. Room is abit small. Beds a bit uncomfortable. Not cheap, but it is competative given the location. - Coffee in the bar with 8800 WON for a black and 11000 for a latte much to expensive for what you get. None. A bit expensive... Quite expensive for size of room. old building. Nothing. The price, as it is rather expensive considering the size of the room. The number of TV channels available was surprisingly small. I didn't use the hotel restaurant, becuase there was only one, so went outside to eat for each meal. Most taxi drivers have never heard of the hotel or know the location. no food. Totally unsuitable for a businessman as it had no room service and only one restaurant, and that a buffet restaurant whose system was confusing and whose staff spoke no English to help understand the system.
