It was my first time in Jordan. And I have got the best Welcome I could imagine! I loved the hotel and people working there! I felt myself at home staying in my clean cosy room after long days of Big and Little Petra mountain climbing. It was so relaxing to take a cup of nice coffee or tea and watch the amazing view of sunrise and sunset right through my window. I enjoyed having meals in the hotel as well. The breakfast and lunch contained European and Middle eastern dishes. The hotel provided .

I cannot forget their warm hospitality... They made our experience in Petra perfectly. Chef came from 5 stars well known brand hotel and food was amazing! Ibrahim (hotel manager) was excellent - very quick and flexible action to our request. Location is 5 min by a car to Petra gate, but hotel provide free transportation to Petra gate. Special. The greeting we received,the staff, our room, breakfast. Everything was fantastic! we went on a long trip to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and i cannot begin to state how much effort this hotel put in for us. we were greeted with drinks and flower, our room was full of flowers and towels shaped into animals... a cake was also sent up to our room for our anniversary. The staff were extremely helpful. The room and decor was amazing!! i really wish our stay there had been longer, and if. We have experience outstanding customer service, the staff and the Owner, were going extra mile to help us every time we needed something. The room and the hotel was immaculately clean, designed in a modern style, the breakfasts were very tasty merging western and arabic cuisine. But the biggest surprise is that all this standards are available even for budgeting tourists, I would say this hotel represents the greatest value for money in Wadi Musa, if not in the whole Jordan. Thanks for everyth. As a solo female traveller this was an adventure, the staff could not have made me more welcome. As did everyone in Jordan including the border guards. Ibrahim and his brothers have fitted out to an extremely high standard. The sunsets and view of the mountains will stay with me as treasured memories for ever. A very kind Irish couple Shayne and Siobhan offered me a lift to Petra, so didn't have to walk in the heat (many thanks to both of you). Everything. The views were just amazing (massive windows), to the whole Wadi Musa and Petra at the distance. So very clean and comfortable. Really big bedroom and bed, and the shower was awesome. Tea included in the bedroom. The staff was helpful, specially the manager. I asked for a taxi to take me to Petra (it was just 10 min walking, but was freezing) and members of the staff brought me there for free. Really good price for value. I like the ambiance which is relaxing, nice lobby, nice room, white linens, coordinating colors of white, beige and dark brown, helpful staff and owner who attended to us personally. Chef Pilal pampered us, just remembering his selection of arabic mezze makes me crave for it. The team is wonderful and made our stay perfect! If I will go back to Petra again, will stay in Tetra Tree again. Not too far from Petra gate. We had a car but I think walking is too far. Reasonably new hotel. The room was comfortable, the bed was nice. The water in the shower did not have much pressure (annoying when washing your hair). Located close to a mosque which woke us up very early in the morning..... Staff was friendly, we didn't speak to them a lot. Breakfast is not a buffet. New hotel with friendly staff,spacious room,free internet,coffee making facilities located within 5 minutes drive from Petra caves. Brand new hotel We came from Israel and we got the feeling that we are at home. Hotel's manager is charming and speaks English perfectly. The hotel is located close to Petra.Excellent chef. Pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended. In one word – perfect!!!. - the hotel is new and clean. The staff is staff is helpful - there is sandstone on the floor in the room (no carpet). This is very good related to cleanness, but in the winter this is also very cold. Hotel is brand new - everything is clean, shiny and comfortable. Close to the town center with some restaurants and the bus station. 20 minutes walk down to Petra entrance. Everything was great! The restaurant, the driver from the airport, the reception, not far from the site of Petra, good beds and for a very good price. The staffs are excellent. They are friendly and very helpful. I like the fact that the hotel was new and clean. My waiter in the dining room was very friendly and even took the time to teach me a few Arabic words that helped me greatly the next day!. I couldn't try the swimming pool. It was already cold outside. But I have got the chance to read staying on the sun bed. Nice reading time on the fresh air!. No complaints at all and it was an excellent stay. there is nothing i can write here. everythig was amazing!. The only drawback was that the hotel is located a bit far from the Petra site, around 20min by walk from the gate. But amazing sunsets from the room window highliting the Petra Site from afar and all the standards of the hotel more than outweighted this little downside. Nothing!. We expected more from this hotel, given the other reviews. Nothing..... - the bathroom is strange, there is a window toward the room and no possibilty to lock the door. Breakfast is too Western - (bread, cheap jams. salami, cheese). Staff is a bit disoriented, but you can see they're trying :). Pool and Jacuzzi dirty ( dusty/ sandy ). No alcohol served. New hotel, staff was very friendly, but seemed a bit unexperienced. Room door didn't close automatically when leaving, we had to pull it very strongly. the shower leaks but that they can fix for the next time. Wished the hotel has an area for kids to play. However, we really enjoyed the stay and had great time there. A little bit far from the Site - Since we had our own car was not a problem. cold floors!. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area was not operational. Multiple power and internet outages. The reception staff was not very friendly and the hotel manager a little too proud of himself. Due to the "lack of water" all over Jordan the water pressure was really poor and temperature not hot which after walking 20 Kms a day would have been really appreciated.
