the staff were very welcoming. i booked a single room and got a double bed, en-suite, tv, air con and fridge. the hotel is fairly new and great value for the money. it is also only a 5 minute walk to the bus station. We booked a room at Al-Anbat Midtown 2, but we got one at Al-Anbat Midtown 3 which is newer. For the money we paid (23 JDs for a double room + breakfast) it's more than good, I expected worser conditions.

The room had a fridge, was a good size, clean bathroom & new beds & linens, centrally located, great breakfast included & helpful friendly staff. It was a budget hotel with the level of service better than the price. Very reasonable price, free internet, good breakfast. friendly staff value for money. -Rooms were spacious and airy -Had a fridge which was great. -Extra pillows and blankets to keep warm -Room was cleaned on a daily basis - Central location, within easy reach of town facilities. Good size rooms and fairly comfortable. Excellent price although we did stay in the Al Anbat 3 (next to 2). Staff very good. Large rooms with refrigerator, arm chairs and coffee table. Neat & Clean, Nice Bath room Location. they gace me an upgrade to midtown 3. much better than midtown 2. There was no phone in the room and mostly noone at the hotel reception, so in case you need smth, you should go to al-Anbat Midtown 2 which is the adjacent building. For us it was not a problem but for someone it can be, especially after a tiring day in Petra and if you stay on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator at the hotel. Parking: even though you could find one after looking for a while... Walking up 4 flights of stairs & satellite TV didn't work. plumbing not very efficient. internet didnt always work. -Cold water - hot water was available only early in the morning at 6am and then started getting lukewarm after that. Only cold water was available after 10 pm. Bit of a hard sell with regards to extras but perhaps acceptable given the excellent rates. There was no enough hot water to take a shower for 2 people (in third floor). Water pressure in faucet also was not enough. Towels were "grey" and not white. Wifi was limited to lobby only. Strength was too low. No Elevators (even for 4th floor). No internet in rooms.
