Fantastic city view of Ginza and Tokyo Skytree. Very clean and excellent floor staff. staff all very professional and answered our questions and gave us suggestions. The staff and the facilities and the comforting rooms. Cleanliness Service Good facilities for a city hotel. It was a pretty good location. It was impossible to stop the ventillation (I could adjust the temperature, but it kept blowing all night). A bit too expensive for the Tower Rooms - there are some much better hotels with smaller rooms at a much lower price. The room was more than a kilometer from the front desk... Hotel restaurants much too expensive. 25 usd for a club sandwich?!?.
